One-time digital purchases

Completed digital-content payments are normally non-refundable once access has been delivered, except where review is appropriate for duplicate payments, unauthorised transactions, non-delivery or technical payment errors, subject to applicable law.

Membership cancellation and refunds

Cancellation stops future renewals. It does not automatically refund previously completed billing periods. Membership refund eligibility depends on the circumstances and applicable laws.

Request process

Email support@archangelmichaelsay.com from the registered address and include the Payment ID or subscription ID. Approved refunds are processed through the original payment method.
